Public Relations & Social Media Intern (Summer 2025)
Are you passionate about PR, marketing, and social media? Do you have knowledge or an interest in the food and restaurant industry? If so, we’d love to hear from you! Hall PR is seeking a seasonal Public Relations Intern for Summer 2025.
This is a hybrid position and a great opportunity for those interested in hospitality, public relations, social media, and digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in restaurant PR, social media, writing pitches, following up with the press, press clips, and much more. If you’re eager to learn what goes on inside a PR company, this is an exciting chance to dive in!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide general support for the PR (Account Executives)
- Edit clips of editorial content
- Data entry
- Influencer sourcing
- Conduct research for influencer campaigns and compile and organize press materials
- Assist in maintaining our master influencer and media databases
- Assist in scheduling social media account posts
- Create graphics/flyers for social media posts
- Caption writing
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for PR, marketing, and social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with social media platforms and tools like Canva
- Ability to work on a team and meet deadlines
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.5

- Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week
- Compensation: Paid
- Location: In-person position based in New York City (In-office work required)
