Prestigious Law Firm with offices in Mobile and Fairhope, Alabama seeking a four-year degree graduate to serve in a full-time position as a Public Relations Coordinator and Assistant to Senior Partners

THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION.
This is a full-time, salaried position (no commissions) starting at between $40,000.00 to $43,000.00 per year based on experience and qualifications. Also, you receive 5 weeks of paid vacation/PTO per year.
Professional attire is required, and a $400.00 clothing allowance is provided 30 days after hiring.
The position involves interacting with the clients to convey complex legal details on behalf of two (2) of the Senior Partners (much like. a Physician’s Assistant does for a doctor). This position also involves assisting the Senior Partners of the law firm with scheduling public speaking engagements and events.
The person in this position will be located in the firm's Mobile, Alabama office.
The person in this position will ideally have work experience working with managing schedules for executive or business owners, working at Convention or Conference centers and in the area event planning coordination.
The law firm will only consider applications from 4-year graduates with various degrees but a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business and Communications is preferred.
You must reside within 35 miles of the firm's Mobile, Alabama office(or relocate to the area) to be considered for this job.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required for this position."
