The Role:
As our Content & Community Manager, you will be the voice of our diverse brands across various online platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies, managing our social media channels, fostering meaningful interactions within our communities, and contributing to our thought leadership in the AI, tech, and recruitment spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and implement innovative content strategies tailored for B2B audiences, with a specific focus on the recruitment technology sector, for our portfolio brands.
- Craft engaging and informative posts for LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and a strong, authoritative voice.
- Contribute to our company and brand blogs, writing insightful articles on AI, recruitment, creative technology, and industry trends.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for thought leadership content to position our brands as key players in their respective fields.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, etc.) for various brands under our venture studio.
- Schedule and publish content, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
- Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with our online communities on platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn groups, and other relevant forums in a thoughtful, authentic, and value-driven manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging discussions and building relationships with users, potential clients, and industry influencers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify and connect with key influencers and potential partners in the AI, tech, and recruitment spaces.

Brand & Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content and community strategies align with overall brand and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business development through social listening and community interaction.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in content strategy, social media management, and community management, preferably within a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful content strategies for B2B brands, ideally within the recruitment or HR technology space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and grammatically flawless content for various platforms and audiences.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram, including best practices for engagement, growth, and analytics.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of Artificial Intelligence, technology, and the recruitment industry is a significant bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, creative, and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable content and community initiatives.
- Some experience or a strong interest in thought leadership development and business development strategy is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
