About Mind Body Align
At Mind Body Align, we’re on a mission to transform schools and communities by helping students and educators focus better, and live better through self-regulation practices. We partner with schools and organizations to deliver powerful programs that improve well-being, emotional regulation, and attention. If you're passionate about mental health, education, and making a positive impact — we want to meet you!
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and socially savvy individual to join our team this summer and help tell our story online. Under the direction of our CEO and COO, you’ll manage and create content for our social media accounts, helping us grow our online presence and connect with our audiences.
This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience, flex your creativity, and learn directly from company leadership. You’ll have the chance to attend events, brainstorm fresh ideas, and create content that aligns with our brand — and your voice will matter here.
What You’ll Do
Post regularly to our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Capture and create engaging content (photos, video, stories, reels) at live events
Write captions and develop campaigns that reflect our tone and mission
Help grow our audience and increase engagement
Collaborate with the CEO and COO to shape and execute social strategy
Use analytics to track what’s working and suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For
A current undergraduate student (any major welcome, but marketing, communications, journalism, or media is a plus!)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Interest in mindfulness, education, or wellness is a big bonus
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and creative thinking
What You’ll Get
Real-world experience and creative freedom
Mentorship and feedback from experienced leaders
Flexible schedule (~10–15 hours/week)
$14 - $17 per hour based on experience
Opportunity to build a portfolio of work
A fun, supportive, and mission-driven team
