About the job
A Marketing Intern at CustomerInsights.AI (CIAI) will have the opportunity to apply creative thinking and strategic communication skills to real marketing challenges impacting healthcare solutions today. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for developing compelling content and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to life sciences professionals and healthcare organizations. As an intern, you would have the opportunity to dive deep into market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and help craft messaging that resonates with our target audience. Once marketing initiatives are implemented, the Marketing Intern will report back on performance metrics and help optimize campaigns.
Duties and responsibilities of the job:
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to refine your marketing skills and have the opportunity to translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions that can be understood at multiple levels within client organizations from the Executive team (C-Suite) who examine solutions at a very high level, to the managers and directors who will get into the implementation details.
The intern will be responsible for:
- Creating and curating marketing content for various channels
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Assisting with social media management and engagement
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics
- Reporting results back to the relevant members of the marketing team
- Identifying trends in consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Working alongside teams within the business to establish marketing needs
- Helping develop marketing materials for events and presentations
- Collaborating with cross-cultural team members to leverage digital marketing platforms
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Graduating between Summer 2025 and Summer 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Foundation in marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Experience with content creation for digital and social media channels
- Knowledge of how to create compelling presentations and marketing collateral
- A very high attention to detail and ability to thoroughly think through problems
- Team player with strong interpersonal relationship, team building, collaboration and facilitation skills
- Genuine and authentic communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver crisp messages to a broad audience
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to commit 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the 2025 summer
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S.
