
Assistant Event & Social Media Coordinator
We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable Day-of Wedding Assistants to support our team during wedding events. This is a seasonal, contract-based position with potential for growth as our company expands. If you love weddings, enjoy being part of a high-energy team, and have a knack for keeping things organized, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting the lead wedding coordinator with day-of event operations
- Setting up event décor, signage, and guest materials
- Overseeing vendor arrivals, setup, and timeline adherence
- Managing behind-the-scenes logistics to ensure a smooth event flow
- Providing support to wedding parties and guests as needed
- Troubleshooting on-site issues with grace and professionalism
- Assisting with post-event breakdown and cleanup
- Social Media Coordination
Requirements:
- Weekend availability (not every weekend) for 10-12 hours shifts
- Ability to commute to various venues across Northern Virginia and Washington DC (location will change every weekend.
