Summer Content Creator Intern

Are you obsessed with TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn storytelling? Do you have a passion for bringing brands to life with creative, scroll-stopping content? Join us at Trailblaze Marketing, an AI-powered growth agency, as our Summer Content Creator Intern and help tell our story.

We’re looking for a college student or recent grad who lives and breathes social media and has a knack for turning big ideas into captivating content. You’ll work directly with our team to own the Trailblaze social media presence and help grow our brand across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the voice and vibe of Trailblaze on social – planning, creating, and posting short-form videos and content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts that align with current trends and our brand personality
  • Capture and edit original video content – whether it’s behind-the-scenes footage, team culture clips, campaign recaps, or trend-jacking with a Trailblaze twist
  • Collaborate with our team to create an engaging, on-brand content calendar
  • Analyze post performance and help us learn what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Bring positive energy and fresh ideas to everything you touch

Who You Are:

  • A creative thinker who gets social media and knows how to turn an idea into a viral moment
  • Strong video editing skills (experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar tools is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, and how LinkedIn works differently for professional storytelling
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable running with an idea and making it happen
  • A strong communicator who’s excited to collaborate and learn from a team of marketers
  • Ideally studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have a portfolio, TikTok/IG page, or sample content that showcases your creative style
  • Have experience with Canva or design tools
  • Want to learn about working at a fast-paced, AI-powered marketing agency
