The office of Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (NY-21) is accepting applications for full and part-time interns in her Washington, D.C. office over the Spring Semester. Spring internships typically run to mid-May, but the dates are flexible. Internship duties include researching legislation for the Congresswoman and legislative staff, answering constituent phone calls, attending hearings and briefings, working with our communications team, and providing support in all areas of the office to the Representative and staff. Internships can also be tailored to the intern’s specific interest areas when possible. Candidates with New York State ties and customer service experience are strongly encouraged to apply!
Congresswoman Elise Stefanik represents New York’s 21st District in the House of Representatives and is in her sixth term in office. She is a member of the House Armed Services Committee, the Committee on Education and Workforce, and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
