Influencer Marketing Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to support our growing team. This remote, part-time internship is expected to require 20-30 hours per week, with availability during EST standard hours. This role is ideal for a college senior or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in executing influencer campaigns from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships while also contributing to the expansion of our presence on platforms like YouTube and Instagram.


 

Role Responsibilities

Execution of Influencer Campaigns:

  • Identify, research, and outreach to influencers across various social platforms to align with campaign goals.
  • Assist with influencer contract negotiations, content briefs, and tracking deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Support influencer onboarding and facilitate communication to ensure a seamless integration into campaigns.

Analysis of Influencer Performance:

  • Assist in evaluating campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as engagement, CPM, and ROI.
  • Compile and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
  • Help identify emerging trends and areas for improvement based on campaign data and industry best practices.

Trend Research:

  • Stay informed on the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.
  • Research new influencer strategies and platforms, offering fresh insights to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Required Experiences & Skills

  • A college senior or recent graduate with a background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
  • Experience in analytics, influencer campaign tracking, or paid media is a plus!
