Influencer Marketing and Creative Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing & Creative Intern to join our team for a full-time, remote internship (40 hours per week). This position requires the ability to work during EST standard hours. Ideal for a college senior or recent graduate, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executing influencer-driven marketing campaigns. The intern will collaborate with the Influencer and Creative Teams, providing support throughout the campaign lifecycle, including influencer selection, content activation, and performance tracking.


 

Role Responsibilities

Execution of Influencer Campaigns:

  • Identify, research, and outreach to influencers across various social platforms to align with campaign goals.
  • Assist with influencer contract negotiations, content briefs, and tracking deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Support influencer onboarding and facilitate communication to ensure a seamless integration into campaigns.

Analysis of Influencer Performance:

  • Assist in evaluating campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Compile and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
  • Help identify emerging trends and areas for improvement based on campaign data and industry best practices.

Collaboration with the Creative Team:

  • Manage influencer content approval processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Organize influencer assets within AIR.inc, ensuring content is easily accessible and well-managed.
  • Track usage rights to ensure proper compensation for content used in paid media.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to repurpose influencer content for paid media and other marketing channels.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new influencer-driven marketing strategies.

Trend Research:

  • Stay informed on the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.
  • Research new influencer strategies and platforms, offering fresh insights to keep campaigns innovative and effective.



 

Required Experiences & Skills

  • A college senior or recent graduate with a background in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields.
  • Passionate about influencer marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing trends.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
  • Experience with influencer management platforms, paid media, or content strategy is a plus!
