Associate Social & Search/Google Specialist

 

OpAd Media is looking to add talent to their quickly growing digital media team. The selected candidate will join a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that services across clients. Their team members increase depth of experience in key focus areas, while also gaining “big picture” perspective through daily interaction with strategy and traditional media teams. 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Participate in digital campaign planning and build sound strategy on social, Google Ads, and Bing to support overarching media campaigns – RFPing, negotiating rates and placement detail, pulling audience sizes, compiling strategy and rationale as well as custom search recommendations based on KPIs and content on the respective landing page 

Present social, Google Ads, and Bing plans to Account Director and secure necessary approvals 

Implement and execute approved digital plan within respective ad serving and measurement platforms - trafficking, trading, optimizing, etc.   

Optimize continuously across ads, ad sets, campaigns and platforms to improve performance week over week (search query reports, bid modifications, etc.)   

Compile reports for Account Director, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met 

Present campaign findings and reporting to clients on an as-needed basis 

Complete monthly billing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy   

Maintain relationships with all vendor contacts; staying up to speed on all developments (new ad formats, targeting capabilities, et al.)  

Read industry trades and stay updated on digital marketing trends   

 
 

Qualifications: 

 

Digital media planning and buying experience 

Experience planning and executing Paid Search, Paid Social, Google Display and/or YouTube campaigns 

Exceptional verbal/written communication 

Strong mathematical and analytical acumen 

Attention to detail 

Tools/Software: 

Ad serving platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, Reddit Ads Manager, Nextdoor Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Business Manager 

Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) 

Basic knowledge in ad copy/creative generation a plus
