Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media & Content Coordinator Intern/Entry-Level Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand development while contributing to exciting projects in the music and advertising industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights to enhance engagement.
- Content Writing & Preparation:
- Assist in drafting and formatting newsletters, blog posts, and other written materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with JBMG’s tone and branding.
- Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns.
- Assist in researching trends and strategies to improve our online presence.
- Administrative Support:
- Help manage content calendars and internal documentation.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and digital trends.
- Passion for music and creativity, with a keen interest in branding and storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
