Position Title: Social Media and Content Creation Intern

Huffines Communities, a premier real estate development firm, is in search of an innovative and enthusiastic Social Media and Content Creation Intern. This role is designed for either current students or recent graduates who possess a zeal for digital marketing and are adept at generating compelling content. The successful candidate will be instrumental in amplifying our brand’s digital footprint and bolstering engagement across our various community platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Craft, refine, and manage content across multiple social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Blog Oversight: Participate in the ideation, creation, and governance of blog content, maintaining a steady pipeline of engaging posts.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work in concert with the marketing team to devise and implement strategies aimed at elevating user engagement and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Performance Analytics: Employ analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of social media and blog activities. Generate comprehensive reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Community Interaction: Engage actively with the online community, ensuring prompt and thoughtful responses to comments and inquiries.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on emerging digital marketing trends to refine and optimize content strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and interpersonal communication.
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms and blogging tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, adhering to deadlines.
  • A creative mindset coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in social media management is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or third-party automation tools is advantageous but not essential.
