Social Media Manager

Part-Time Social Media Manager – Wellness Medical Practice

We're a growing wellness practice in South Park, Charlotte looking for a creative, motivated social media manager to help us build our brand, grow our community, and attract new patients.

This is a part-time, flexible role, perfect for a marketing student or recent grad who is passionate about health, wellness, and social media growth.

Location: [Charlotte]
Compensation: $300–$600/month depending on experience
Hours: Approx. 8–16 hours/month (flexible, mostly remote)

What You'll Do:

• Edit and post daily BTS photos and short-form reels provided by our in-office team
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Youtube Shorts (5–7x/week)
• Repurpose longer video content into short clips for social
• Respond to every comment and DM to build community and trust
• Actively engage with local businesses (gyms, yoga studios, nutritionists, sports teams) to grow our local presence
• Reach out to complementary wellness businesses for cross-promotion and partnership opportunities
• Tag and collaborate with partner accounts to encourage resharing
• Share a simple monthly performance recap covering what's working and what to adjust

What We're Looking For:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Personally active and growing on social media; show us your work!
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends, audio, and formats
• Self-starter who can manage their own time and meet deadlines
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, boutique practice is a big plus
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Reels editor, or similar) preferred

What You Won't Need to Do:

• Film or photograph content (our in-office team handles that)
• Build the content strategy (we'll collaborate on that together)
