Part-Time | Internship for Credit or Paid | San Antonio (Hybrid/On-Site Preferred)

We’re a small, tight-knit aesthetic medical practice looking for a digital marketing intern who actually gets it — design, storytelling, social media, and how brands feel, not just how they look.

This is not a coffee-runner internship. You’ll have real ownership, real creative input, and real outcomes tied to your work.

What You’ll Work On

Updating and curating before-and-after photo galleries for our website and social platforms

Helping shape Instagram, blog, and content ideas (what to post, why it works, how it fits the brand)

Blog writing and light editing (voice matters here — no generic SEO junk)

Marketing and outreach projects that evolve based on your strengths

Creative problem-solving as projects change and grow (this role is not static)

Who You Are

A college or graduate student (marketing, communications, media, design, business, pre-med — all welcome)

Digital native: you’re comfortable with social platforms, trends, visuals, and tools

Social media savvy — you understand tone, timing, and aesthetics

A true problem solver (you don’t freeze when things aren’t spelled out)

Mentally and emotionally mature — you can take feedback, manage time, and communicate clearly

Curious, proactive, and not afraid to bring ideas to the table
