Role Overview

We’re seeking a Content Production Coordinator Intern to support our video and content workflows. You’ll play a key role in organizing footage, preparing content briefs, and ensuring our creative projects move smoothly from idea → edit → publication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, storytelling structure, and bringing creative projects to life.

Responsibilities

Organize and tag raw footage for the editing team.

Draft video briefs (titles, descriptions, timestamps, SEO tags).

Write captions and short-form text for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Repurpose video transcripts into blogs, newsletters, or website content.

Support content scheduling using Zoho, ClickUp, or similar tools.

Track content progress and deliver weekly reports.

Preferred Skills

Comfort with content platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).

Basic familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, or project management systems.

Strong written communication for captions, briefs, and descriptions.

Interest in storytelling and digital content creation.
